The fee structure at Manjari Devi College of nursing for Bachelor of science in nursing is as follows -
For first year - INR 20911
For Second Year- INR 19710.
And fee for full course duration is INR 60000.

GNM B.Sc Nursing college fees are between INR 20,000 to INR 60,000 in Govt Colleges.
GNM Course Fees are between INR 2,00,000 to INR 4,00,000 in private colleges.

I hate to break the fact but as per your percentile your rank into government college have a very low chances although I can suggest few colleges but I think the chances is a little less in this competitive world.

Being at least 17 years old at the time of admission, having completed the 12th grade from a recognised board, and passing the HSC (class 12th) in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as the subjects are the typical eligibility requirements for B.Sc. Nursing in Pune government colleges.The general category applicant should have received at least 45% in each subject to have passed.
according to my knowledge of the percentile-based entrance requirements for B.Sc. nursing programs in government colleges in Pune.However, a number of colleges in Pune, including Dr. DY Patil Vidyapeeth, Armed Forces Medical College

There are more than 100+ Indian Nursing council approved Nursing college in Tamil Nadu. Some of the top Nursing college in Tamil nadu are :
