Critical Care Unit Nurses, ICU Nurses and OT Nurses get highest salary packages due to specialised knowledge and responsibility factors.

But salary packages for Nurses also depend on their company, location, experience and also job position.

For example - a Mid level Nurse from top hospitals like AIIMS or Medanta will get a higher salary package.

Yes, the field of Nursing is emotionally draining yet empowering. It is a demanding profession that requires emotional labor and empathy, which sometimes leads to stress and burnout. Though it also depends on an individual's ability to utilize effective coping mechanisms.

The application process for the management seat in B.Sc. Nursing at A.K.G. Memorial Co-operative College of Nursing usually starts around May or June each year. Admissions are typically merit-based, considering the marks obtained in the 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. There is no entrance exam for management quota seats. The course duration is 4 years, and the college is affiliated with Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) and recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
