Yes, with the above percentage admission is possible, but in very less number of colleges. As the aggregate is low and most colleges have eligibility with 55% marks and above, generally, so you might not get a choice for a very good college but there's a chance you can find an average one.
In Aliah University, for admission in B.Sc nursing, a minimum of 45% marks is required in class 12th. Kindly check out the link below.

Hi,
As an entry level Staff Nurse in a government hospital or public sector corporation, you will be recruited in the scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- in the Pay band 3. Your total salary as on 01/01/2016 will be minimum 38000 and ranges up to Rs. 45000 depending on the city and whether you are receiving house accommodation. In this category, salary growth will be at par with government increments and pay revision. There is no difference between B.Sc nursing and GNM in government hospitals with regard to salary or increment.

Both are great in their own terns. If you are willing to pursue MBA course, I would suggest you to go with B.Sc in biomedical science as B.Sc candidates have good scope to pursue MBA course. But I would request you to choose the best course based on your achievements and goals and on your own interest.

It depends on you what are you interested in, because if you look for career, company will ask you, why not M.Sc? Just be sure about that, If we talk about MBA is a highly professional degree you can pursue MBA (hospital and healthcare management) or Master of Hospital Administration, 2 years (4 semesters) which is related to your graduation. But make sure you do it from renowned universities like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, etc. as you will get professional environment and related placements.
