The application process conducted both online or offline for MSc at ZHCET. Candidates with valid qualifications can visit the official website of Aligarh Muslim University to apply for the MSc course at ZHCET. Candidates can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of ZHCET and click on the hamburger icon
Step 2: Click on the 'Admissions & Exams' option
Step 3: Click on 'Application Forms for Admission'
Step 4: Click on the 'New User' registration tab
Step 5: Create an alphanumeric username and password, and provide the candidate's name and email ID
Step 6: On the next page, click on the hamburger icon

Jadavpur University does not offer courses in online mode, the courses are only available in Full-time mode. There are even fewer colleges which offer M.Sc in Human Development. Calcutta University and Jadavpur University are the only universities offering this course, both universities don't offer the course in online mode.
Manipal University and Amity University, are the universities which offer online M.Sc courses, however, they too don't offer M.Sc in Human Development.
Amity University offers an M.Sc in Information Technology, Manipal University offers an M.Sc in Data Science and an M.Sc in Business Analytics in online mode.
