This depends on what your aspirations are from the Online MBA Degree experience. The assets of a top, full-time in-person MBA are unique, such as relationship-building and intensive classroom discourse, and cant be replaced by online study. However, many of the hard skills and managerial philosophy that you would gain in a full-time MBA will also be taught in an online MBA. Whether the online degree would add value for you with employers would depend on what kinds of employers you're targeting; those who hire alumni from top MBA programs would probably not be moved by an online degree, but other employers will see your MBA as verificat

Yes, you can do MBA from distance becay there is no age limit for pursuing MBA. After completing MBA, you will get more scope.

Both are almost same as mode of teaching shall be online, except distance MBA does have provision of Paper Pen test at colleges campus. Online MBA prefers strictly online mode.

An online MBA from a reputed institute surely has more recognition. MBA by distance learning provides students with the same foundation in key management concepts and disciplines as in a two-year full-time MBA. MBA course work is build on the basis of that student will have diverse and extensive work experience by virtue of which they will able to related to management theories and concepts. Mode of delivery of the programs can be web based lectures, video conferencing, correspondence material, weekend classes or combination of onsite and other means of delivery of learning.
