Now, if I will about the overall situation then DevOps will be the future but here to answer your question precisely the availability of DBA professional either Oracle and SQL is less than other two. Also, if you begin your career in DBA then, later on, you may move to Big Data, Business Intelligence as a career.

Since you have cleared your Bachelors in engineering it would provide the right basis to build your career in oracle technologies. It would require a lot of effort but if you keep trying, you should be able to do so.

A number of institutes offer database management programs such as Object-oriented programming with languages like Java, Open-source database technologies like MySQL etc. You can check NIIT, Aptech, etc.
