There are not much chances because they give admission after qualifying entrance exam. So, you cannot get admission there. You should take admission in any other college.

Admission is through counselling based on the marks obtained in Osmania University Common Entrance Test(OUCET)
Candidates must have studied Chemistry as an optional subject at graduation level and
Candidate must have studied any one of the subjects mentioned at graduation level::Botany/
Zoology/Genetics/Microbiology, Biochemistry and Biotechnology.

Yes, for admissions in the top college for M.Sc biotechnology, you have to qualify the exam.
Otherwise, you can take admissions in any low ranking private college in your state.
