Getting admission in P.S.R Engineering College is competitive candidate have to meet certain criteria, there are some entrance candidates have to clear it. 

The candidate must be from Science background with maths as compulsory subject and have scored atleast 45% in 12th grade.

Students must participate in entrance exam like TNEA, JEE Mains depending on this entrance candidates get admission .

The answer is no, P.S.R Engineering college doesn't provide 100% scholarship to students. But there are many scholarship that college offer to there students like metrics scholarship, on income criteria based if some students is not financially strong there is scholarship for those students . Students can also apply for government funded scholarship, Central scholarship, metric cum mean scholarship for professional courses. College also provide financial support scholarship to the students who are economically weaker section SC, ST OBC. 

Those students who performed well in academic get 40% refund in there tution fees.

Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in the HSC (+2) examination conducted by the state and through counselling (TNEA) conducted by Anna university Chennai, selected candidates are allotted to various colleges for admission. The admission process is very easy and simple in our college. Minimum cutoff marks must be above 150 for the CSE ECE EEE department and above 100 for other departments.
