No, the university does not require BSc students to take any entrance exam for selection purposes. The admission is granted in the UG-level course on a merit-basis. Hence, the applicants performance in Class 12 or equivalent examination is evaluated. For certain course specialisations, it can be important that the qualifying exam was passed with subjects relevant to the chosen course specialisation.

Yes, Pacific University offers a two-year DPharm course in a full-time mode. Admission to the pharmacy courses is through an entrance test as per the official website.
