Yes, BVRIT Hyderabad does offerd MTech. The two -year degree programme, M.Tech is offered at the postgraduate level. M.Tech is offered across eight specialisations Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Data Sciences, Electrical Power Systems, Electric Vehicle Technology, Embedded Systems, Engineering Design, and VLSI Design. BVRIT Hyderabad M.Tech is based on the entrance exam followed by the counselling process. Candidates must qualify for the eligibility criteria set by the college admission body. GATE or TS PGECET is the entrance exam accepted by the BVRIT Hyderabad.

The institute offers admissions for BTech, MTech, and MBA programmes. The candidates appearing for TS EAMCET have to meet cutoff of the exam and after that TS EAMCET counselling is conducted for the qualified candidates.
