The university conducts an entrance test for PhD programme. PhD Entrance Test (DET) comprises of two parts-entrance exam and interview by Research Advsisory Committee.

PTSNS cutoff 2022 for the B.Sc programme based on the merit for the academic year 2022 for various category students. A minimum Pandit SN Shukla University cutoff of 50.2 percent was required for a B.Sc in Biotechnology for the general category students. 

For others:    

  • Biotechnology opening rank was 85 and closing rank was 50.2
  • Botany 93 to 52.4
  • Chemistry  75.6 to  62
  • Zoology  91.4 to  48
  • Mathematics  95.2 to 47.2
  • Computer Science  92.4 to 53
