If you are resident of Punjab, you have to score good marks in JEE Mains exam and have to appear in State level counseling to get admission in any engineering colleges in Punjab.

To get into prestigious institutions, the calls will be made individually by the colleges for the admission. To get into state colleges, you just have to cross the cutoff of the particular college and have to submit the GATE scorecard.

Hello Rajesh, Can you please let me know the reason behind this intention of shifting out from a regular college to a distance education mode? But beware, after recent orders of SC of India cancelling degrees of engineering awarded via distance mode, I would not recommend distance mode to pursue engineering to anybody.
