Yes, you can, but your B.Sc will be of no use as you will have to take admission with your class 12th result were Biology is compulsory. After class 12th 4.5 years of Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy and if your interested in Masters it's for 2 years.

If you are Physiotherapist Student Then you can also join Indian Air Force, Infact the whole procedure is same as for other Candidates Entries. There is no any such special entry scheme for Physiotherapist. But if you want to join Indian Air force you can give an entrance examination of CDS Combined Defence Service
This exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year. Notification for the exam comes in March and August and the exam is conducted in February and August Respectively. Eligibility Criteria
Age The age limit for this exam is 19-25 years. Nationality A Candidate must be an Indian. Gender Both Male & Female may apply for CDS Entry.

The Mandatory Subjects are Biology Chemistry English Physics. Minimum age is 17 years and maximum age is 35 years. Candidates who have completed a pre-university course with Voc physiotherapy and their optional subjects are also eligible for admission to BPT course.

After 10th you can apply for DPT that is Diploma in physiotherapy. You need to take admission for DPT to become a physiotherapist. But to fully have control over your skill you need to have a degree in BPT that is Bachelor in physiotherapy.
