No, NATA 2017 applications were ended on 11th February, since this year it was a one day exam only.

It's an average university with not so great placements, I would recommend you to look out for some other better options but to know the exact scenario for faculty and placements, get in touch with the current students through social media or in person.

Hello Abhishek,
You have excellent marks in 12th but very less marks in JEE Mains. Chances of getting admission on the basis of this are slim. Hence, I recommend you try other route only.
