Prakasam Engineering College (PEC) is worth the praise mostly in the region because of its strong engineering emphasis and a healthy academic atmosphere. Yes, one can get admission to B.E/B.Tech at Prakasam Engineering College through lateral entry. The condition is one must pass a 3-year Diploma programme or some other equivalent programme in the relevant field with a minimum of 45%.
After that, one must qualify for AP-ECET exam conducted by the government of Andhra Pradesh. After you score the required marks, you need to apply for the college and then admission will be done through web counselling.
