Once the applicants has been shortlisted for provisional admission to BA course at Prestige College Indore, they must report to the campus on the date specified by the college. They must bring along the following documents for physical verification:
- Copy of mark sheets for Class 10 and Class 12
- Transfer Certificate (original)
- Migration Certificate (original)
- Affidavit (for change in name/surname)

As of now, Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR) has not specified the last date to apply for BA admission (2025). However, as the programme's eligibility and selection criteria are based on the applicants' Class 12 results, it can be said that the institute will conclude the admission and seat allocation process after the declaration of Class 12 results of various boards. The Class 12 results for various boards are usually released in May or June. Aspirants must apply well in advance to avoid missing the deadline.
