Hi Mrudala it entirely depends upon your will and also upon the policies of colleges in which you want to study. You can go to Pune in any year 1st year and also in last year so go for it and enjoy the beauty of Pune and also of Ratnagiri.

Hello Yashashri, I am afraid to tell you that engineering courses are just not available online or through distance education. In addition, all the engineering colleges in Pune admit students primary based on the entrance exam conducted by the state government called MHT CET. Of course, there are some seats reserved under all India quota which are filled up by giving admissions based on JEE mains ranking but these seats are very few. By now all the admission process is over and I am sure you would have taken admission in some college.
