Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (RCSS) has a dedicated placement cell to manage the placements of various courses. As of now, the course-wise placement rate for BCom (Hons) has not been released by the college. As per the overall information available on RCSS Kerala placements, 27% of the students enrolled in various UG courses (including BCom) were placed in 2024. Further, 71% of the UG students opted for higher studies. Some of the students are placed in top organisations, such as Accenture, EY, Cognizant, etc.

As per the available information, there is no provision for direct admissions to the BCom (Hons) course of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences. Admission is granted to candidates selected based on their merit in the qualifying exam (Class 12/ equivalent). Government norms of seat reservation for the candidates belonging to the SC/ ST and other reserved categories are also followed.
