There are a total of 900 seats in MBBS course of RUHS. The seats are distributed among the 27 affiliated/ constituent colleges. Candidates are offered seat in MBBS programme based on NEET-UG score. Selected aspirants have to participate in Rajasthan NEET Counselling for seat allotment.

Aspirants filling out the RUHS application form need to pay a fee. The application fee is NR 1,800 (INR 900 for SC, ST, ST-STA category of Rajasthan state) for each course. Rajasthan University of Health Sciences offers seats to candidates based on their entrance-exam scores. The university accepts NEET-UG for admission to BDS and MBBS programme. RUHS also conducts an admission test to select candidates for courses other than accepting the national-level entrance-exams.
