Admission to Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University (RPCAU) is based on the Competitive Entrance Examination named All India CUET. The selection of candidates is also subject to the reservation policy as per the Central Government. For undergraduate programs like B.Sc. Agriculture, Home Science, Fisheries Science, and B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering, the intake capacity depends on the nature of specializations opted by the eligible candidates. The basic eligibility for various courses at RPCAU is merit in the last qualifying examination.

No, Joint Entrance Examination is not required for admission to Bachelor of Technology programs at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University. The university bases admission to its UG courses on the results of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE). Additionally, the minimum eligibility set for UG courses of RPCAU is 10+2 education with 50% marks. Therefore, JEE Main scores are not required for B.Tech entries at RPCAU.
