I would say first of all focus on your 12th board, you need above 55/60% in physics, maths and English for certain flying schools. It’s good that you’ve decided it in 12th itself. No college can guarantee you 100% placements, but the companies / recruiters who visited the campus are Blue Dart, British Airways, Gamco, Go Air, Gulf Air, Indian Airlines(Air India), IndiGo Airlines, Jet Airways, Lufthansa, Nepal Airlines, Pawan Hans, Qatar Airways, Spicejet.

The minimum eligibility academically is to have passed class 12th with PCM 50% marks from any recognized board.
BE shall be additional qualification but won't be counted for any additional benefits.
If you justify the minimum eligibility than Yes you can become a pilot by pursuing the training.
