Yes, you can get admission through donation seates in reputed Institutes such as BMSCE, PES and RVCE in Bangalore as they all are private Institutes having some Management Quota seats which offers direct admission on the basis of Donation.

R V College of Engineering accepts COMEDK scores for admission to the BE/ BTech courses. As per the COMEDK Round 2 cutoff, the ranked ranged between 328 and 15050 wherein BE in Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive specialisation for the General AI category students. So, considering the 2024 cutoff candiates must secure a rank up to 15050 to secure a seat at R V College of Engineering for BE/ BTech admission.

With a rank of 4000, it is a bit challenging for getting an admission in branches like computer Science or electronics engineering streams in RV college as the cut off ranks for OBC in the previous years are generally below 4000. But you have chances for getting admission in streams like civil, biotechnology and industrial engineering and management.
If you don't get into RV, you can probably get into good colleges like BMS, PESIT and Ramaiah with that rank, though getting core branches would be still difficult in such colleges.
