Pavements are good in Reva and coming to placements in Reva in core branches, College do bring core companies, rolling out offers depends on Students talent and it's extra co curricular activities. No College will guarantee confirm placements.

REVA University is better in terms of placements and academics.
Overall placement records are good.
Good Companies come in for campus placement as well.

Reva University-Bangalore is known to provide for a good placement for IT, software and computer science branches.
But it is not the case for the civil department. I will list out the reasons supporting the above fact in form of pros and cons of the placement in the college:
Pros:
Due to the strategic location of the college being Bangalore, it manages to attract a large number of corporate companies.
Even if you are unable to get a placement in any of the core civil companies, you'll get a placement in one of the IT firms or BPOs.
Cons:
The college fails to attract a number of civil core companies.
The total batch placement in the civ
