As mentioned above, to get admission into the DPharm course at RIMT University, candidates must qualify for their Class 12 with Science stream and at least have secured 50%. The admission process is based on merit and valid scores in NEET exams. The admission procedure majorly involves three steps i.e., online registration, the release of the merit list on the basis of Class 12 scores, and admission confirmation. Therefore, getting admission into the BPharm course is neither so hard nor so easy, as the university will release the merit list according to candidates' scores in Class 12 and the university has limited seats for the BPharm programme. So, candidates have to ensure either that they have good academic records or valid scores in NEET. 

BPharm at RIMT University, Punjab is known as India's best university in Punjab, North India offering around 31 courses. whereas GNA provides only 19 courses in total.  GNA University is better than RIMT Punjab in many ways. GNA University (GU) has been given a rating of 4.1 per cent in terms of Placements, Infrastructure, Faculty etc. On the other hand, RIMT University has been given a rating of 3.2 based on these factors. However, RIMT University also provides 'lateral entry' admission into BPharm and BPharm in Ayurvedic. On the other hand, GNA University does not provide lateral admissions into BPharm courses. To choose the better option, candidates should consider their niche, career goals and locality. 

The RIMT University offers a Bachelor of Pharmacy, a four-year programme, the university also offers lateral entry admission into BPharm and  BPharm in Ayurvedic (Lateral Entry). To get a seat in any of the BPharm courses offered by RIMT University, candidates have to follow these steps: 

1. Choose the BPharm course
   Visit the RIMT University's official website, and click on the BPharm programme from the 'drop-down menu'. 
2. Check Eligibility Criteria
   Ensure candidates should meet the eligibility requirements for the BPharm programme, usually, the eligibility criteria contain, good scores in Class 12 from recognised boards of education or NEET scores. 
3. Application Form
   Fill out the application form with the details the university asked for. 
4. Submit Required Documents
   Submit the documents that are necessary to check the candidate's eligibility criteria, domicile and other relevant proofs, such as e-mail address, Class 10 & 12 mark sheet, passport size photographs, etc. 
5. Pay Application Fees
   Pay the application fee i.e., INR 580. This can usually be done online. 
6. Selection Process
   The university will review applications and shortlist candidates based on their academic performance. Follow up on the status of the application.

Conclusively, students expressed their satisfaction towards the BPharm placements conducted by RIMT University. However, there may be some variation in placement outcomes depending on the year and batch of students.
