Bachelor of Mass Media is an undergraduate course, which can be completed with in three year time duration. The course study enables the participants to understand diverse aspects related to communication, journalism, and advertising.
Eligibility-
Any candidate who had completed their intermediate class studies from any of the recognized boards is eligible for BMM course. The subject selected for study is not a restriction for pursuing the same. The students who have passed XII class with Science, Commerce or Arts are eligible to undergo the course. They should have obtained not less than 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
Selection to the course is done on the basis of the marks of the qualifying degree or on the basis of certain entrance test. The selection process depends on the norms of the institution or university that offers the course. Some institutions carry out written test and interview whereas some others carry out written exam, group discussion, and interview for the purpose of the same. The details on where to collect the application form will be mentioned in the advertisement. While collecting the application form, the candidate will obtain an information brochure, which includes details on filling the form.
Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
