RRB NTPC What is RRB NTPC Full Form? The full form of NTPC is Non Technical Popular Categories. This exam is conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board to appoint candidates as Commercial Apprentice, Goods guard, Traffic Apprentice, Traffic Assistant, Assistant Station Master, etc. All over India. The eligibility criteria prescribed for RRB NTPC is given below: Age limit: The age limit for undergraduate posts is 18 to 30 years. The age limit for graduate posts is 18 to 33 years. Educational qualification: For undergraduate posts, candidates must have passed Class 12. RRB NTPC Salary Railway Recruitment Board decides RRB NTPC salary structure. The basic pay of RRB NTPC Junior Clerk cum Typist is Rs 19900 per month. RRB conducts the RRB NTPC exam to recruit candidates for various vacancies in the Indian Railways.

There are multiple examinations conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board to select candidates for various posts in the Indian Railways. These exams are categorized into four groups, which are:
1. For Group A: The Civil Services Examination is held for the Indian Railway Accounts Services, the Railway Protection Force (RPF), and the Indian Railway Personnel Service. The Engineering Service Examinations (ESE) are conducted for the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers, the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers, and the Indian Railway Service of Engineers.
2. For Group B: The RRB Junior Engineer (JE) exam is conducted for the posts of Junior Engineer (JE), Junior Engineer (IT), and Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) positions.
3. For Group C (Technical and Non-Technical) requirements, the RRB NTPC RRB Assistant Loco Pilot exam, and RPF Constable exams are conducted.
4. The RRB Group D exam is conducted for Group D level recruitment. The eligibility criteria differ according to the exam.

The Railway Recruitment Board conducts RRB NTPC to select candidates for non-technical popular categories (NTPC) graduate and undergraduate posts in various Zonal Railways and production units of the Indian Railways.
Following the qualifying written exam, the RRB NTPC Typing Test is conducted, and, according to guidelines, candidates would be required to type 300 words at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute (w. p. m.) in English or 250 words at 25 w. p. m. in Hindi on a computer within 10 minutes.
However, even if a candidate fails the typing skills test, they will still be eligible for other posts depending upon their merit in the written exam.
Some tips to clear the RRB NTPC Typing Skills Test are:
1. Focus on accuracy.
2. Practice to increase speed after gaining accuracy.
3. Set specific goals on a daily and weekly basis.
4. For the typing skills test, take as many mock tests as you can.
5. Analyze the time and speed of typing a particular phrase and improve with practice.
