Candidates who will have to appear for the RULET 2025 exam must follow the folliwng guidelines:

Download the admit card at least 2-3 days prior to the exam day,  

Check the test centre, name and timings beforehand. 

No candidate were permitted to enter the examination hall without the admit card and a valid photo ID card.

Moreover, the candidates belonging to PWD Category were asked to get a Scribe as mentioned here, "Totally blind candidates must arrange amanuensis on their own and should carry attested copies of the certificate issued in accordance with Statute 17 (A). Moreover, attested copies of Marks Card/Certificate and Photo Identity of amanuensis who should have qualification less than 10th Class (Secondary), should also be submitted to the Superintendent of the Entrance Test Centre at least one day prior to the entrance test."

Apart from this, candidates should carefully read the exam-taking instructions that the exam authority has provided on the admit card.

No, the exam authority will not provide a copy of admit card for RULET 2023 if candidates forget to bring a hardcopy on the exam day. They need to carry their own admit card copy as downloaded and printed out from the official website. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for RULET 2023 without a valid admit card, and it will not be possible for candidates to get admit card from the nearest internet cafe's as the exam begin from 11 am onwards, and reporting from 9:30 am onwards. 

Candidates will also not be able to gain entry by showing admit card on their mobile phones. Therefore, it is best that they get admit card printed out at least 2 days before the exam day. 

Candidates appearing for RULET 2026 exam day will have to carry the following items along with the admit card:

A valid photo Identity proof as issued by the government authority - Passport, Driver's License, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card etc. School Identity Proof with photograph of a candidate may be permitted at the discretion of the exam centre officials. 

Pen with blue or black ink, and an HB pencil to mark answers in OMR sheet

A transparent water bottle, a sanitizer bottle (50 ml) and mask will be allowed

Candidates were allowed to carry their medicine or eatables if they are diabetic. 

Candidates who are handicapped and require help of Scribe were allowed to bring their scribe with prior permission, but they were asked to carry documents for PWD category and Scribe's eligibility as per the exam authority's guidelines. 

Candidates were not allowed to carry mobile phones, bags and any other electronic items or smart watch inside the examination hall. 

Candidates were guided to check the instructions given on the admit card carefully before appearing for the exam.

The admit card of RULET 2023 carries details around the exam day, centre as well as candidates who will be appearing for the examination. The admit card is considered as the indentity proof as well as, a documented proof of test centre details and exam schedule. Therefore, the admit card will contain all the essential details that a candidate must know and need on the day of examination. These details are:

• Candidate's details like name, roll number, application number 
• Candidate's photograph and signature 
• Test centre name, location and reporting time
• Exam schedule with starting and ending time
• Instructions for the exam day 

Candidates should carry their admit card along with a valid photo identity proof for verification by the exam centre officials.
