because, as per the eligibility criteria, these are the only cases you will get admission to Rustamji Institute of Technology.

Eligibility:
Appearing in JEE (Main-2025) paper-1 is the eligibility critera to apply for admission in RJIT for B.Tech. courses. Further, admissions will be done on the basis of merit/rank (AIR) of JEE Main exam 2025.
OR
If any seat remains vacant then the candidate who have not appeared in Joint Entrance Examination 2025 (JEE Main Exam-2025) but have passed 12th (10+2) will be considered on basis of merit of 12th class. Eligibility criteria may be amended as per the M P Govt instructions/Rules at the t

It depends on the course in which the student is interested. Rustamji Institute of Technology offers only Btech, MCA, MTech, and Diploma courses. The basic eligibility criteria for each course require the student to have a minimum of 45% in the previous qualification. Along with this, the student needs to have a minimum valid score in MPPET, GATE, or JEE Main/ MP BE exam and their respective counseling, for admission to MCA, MTech, and BTech courses, respectively. The JEE Main 2025 results, which are used for admission to Rustamji Institute of Technology (RJIT), were declared in two phases. The results for Session 1 (January exam) were announced on February 11, 2025, while the Session 2 (April exam) results were released on April 18, 2025. RJIT considers the best JEE Main score from both sessions for admission through MP DTE counseling.       To apply through counseling, candidates must visit the official website of the exam conducting body, fill out the application form, and submit all required documents and fees. If shortlisted, you will be called for further procedure.
