The mess food at R.V Institute of Management is good in taste, and there is a variety of food available. The mess serves four meals a day, including breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. The mess food at R.V Institute of Technology and Management is also reported to be very good, with three meals a day and a different menu for different days. Avantika University is a 100% vegetarian campus, and only vegetarian food is served at its outlets.

The R.V. institute of management offered 6 courses. In the previous year all courses results are good but the best course is MBA as compare to other courses.

In R.V. Institute of management hostel is not compulsory for students. Some students are day scholar and some students are lived in PGs . Hostels are good but every student want to live there is not compulsory . So who want to live there is its her choice.

In the R.V Institute of Management basic medical facilities are available and the R.V Institute of Management has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students. Free ambulance service is available at R.V Institute of Management. Healthcare facility with a doctor on call is available for 24 hrs if any student needs any kind of medical treatment in an emergency.

The college offers management seats, which can be obtained through KCET, COMEDK, JEE, and management quota.
The admission process includes a written test, group discussion/extempore, and personal interview.
