SAGE University conducts SEE for shortlisting candidates for BTech course. SEE is an online test conducted for admission to various UG and PG courses of SAGE University.  After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. BTech is a four-year course offered at the UG level. The university offers BTech in Computer Science Engineering and BTech (Hons) in five specialisations, namely CSE Artificial Intelligence, CSE Data Science, CSE Cyber Security, CSE Cloud Computing and CSE Internet of Things. Candidates must complete Class 12 to apply for any of the BTech specialisations provided by the university.

The university offers 124 courses at UG and PG levels through 14 schools. SAGE offers courses in various fields of Engineering, Management, Computer Application, Science, Humanities & Social Science, Commerce, Architecture, Agriculture, Law, Language & Culture, Design, and Performing Arts. Apart from the full-time academic courses, the university also offers various e-courses on Blockchain and Agricultural Sustainability under SAGE Summer School. These courses commence from May to July. 

MBA is a two-year course divided into four semesters. The university offers MBA in 10 specialisations at the PG level. Some of the popular specialisations that student opt for are General, Information Technology Management, Business Analytics, Human Resource Management, Finance Management, etc. Candidate must have a degree with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC of Madhya Pradesh) to be eligible for MBA course. SAGE University Bhopal provides admission to MBA based on SEE or CAT score. 

SAGE University Bhopal accepts various university and national-level entrance exams. The entrance exams are CSIR Main, SEE CAT, SEE NET, and CSIR NET. SAGE Entrance Exam (SEE) is conducted by the university for most of the courses offered by the university. Applicants seeking admission to any of the UG engineering programs have to register online on the admission portal of the official website. Candidates must the SEE Syllabus and SEE exam pattern before filling up the application form.
