The candidates can secure a seat in any government engineering college by appearing for the JEE exam. Candidates should have done 10+2 with PCM. The seats are given based on the score of the JEE. SGBAU College has a high ranking according to NIRF as compared to PKDV. The SGBAU also has high rankings and reviews from students as compared to PKDV College. SGBAU College is ranked 7 out of 10 while PKDV College is ranked 6.6 out of 10. The placement records and the placement rate of PKDV are more than that of SGBAU. There are a large number of companies that visit PKDV as compared to SGBAU colleges. The highest Package offered by PKDV for B.Tech is about 18 LPA and the average Package offered by PKDV is nearly 12 LPA.
