Admission in the saguja university is based on the merit score of previous qualifying exam. They accept candidates for BCA admission on their performance in. 12th standard exams or through entrance test. You have to score typically minimum 45 to 50 % marks with mathematics from a recognised board. It's admission process is offline

No, You cannot get enrolled in Sarguja university without any entrance test. You have to score good marks in JEE Mains or CBSE 12 or good score in CGBSE 12th etc.
