As a student myself, I can't give you a proper gauge of what the scope is. I myself am only an undergraduate student. What I can tell you, is that a lot of my seniors who have graduated from the M.A. in Advertising and Public Relations course are doing very well professionally.

Unfortunately, the M. A. in advertising course has already begun, and the admission process has wrapped up.

I have to be honest with you, I can only answer questions about my college and any courses that it may offer. I don't have a deep understanding of how this industry works, considering I'm only a 3rd semester student myself.

The time table of the lectures is such that it gives you enough time to do internships alongside the course rather than restricting them till after completion. You may find a variety of job opportunities in whichever media field you like, either through the college itself or via other means. I know this answer is a little vague, but frankly that's kind of how the media space has been for me so far. It's not a dead set path.

Apologies for my late reply. Exam preparations kept me busy. No, it is not too late to apply at all. I have just been told by the college that the next entrance exam will take place on June 7, 2017.

Hello, apologies for my late reply. Exam preparations kept me busy. The telephonic interview is very simple. They ask you basic questions like why you want to do this course, what you hope to learn from this course, what your aspirations are in the media industry, etc. It is nothing to be too worried about.

Hello, Apologies for my late reply. Exam preparations kept me busy. First off, to clarify something, the course itself doesn't revolve entirely around television anchoring. It is part of the syllabus in later semesters, but there's a variety of fields that are covered overall in the Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication degree. The timings themselves may vary, but lectures only take place 3 days a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Sometimes, there may be special workshops on the other days of the week, but for the most part, they're off days.

Hello, Sorry for the late reply. I have been busy with preparation for my exams. In the telephonic interview, they ask you general questions, like why you want to join the college, what you hope to learn from it, what your aspirations are in the media industry, etc. The interview is nothing big to worry about. It is fairly simple.
