Aspirants must pass Diploma in Engineering and Technology with a minimum of 45% aggregate to apply for BTech at MIT School of Computing. There is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate for candidates belonging to backward class categories and Person with Disability belonging to Maharashtra only) to apply for BTech at MIT School of Computing.

MIT School of Computing accepts entrance exam scores for admission. The school considers PERA CET or GATE scores for admission to MTech/ MSc programmes. Admission to BTech is based on JEE Main, MHT CET, Uni-gauge and other state-level CET scores.

Aspirants must pass BTech (CSE/ IT) with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for M.Tech programme at MIT School of Computing. Engineering graduates with two-years of IT/ Software Industry experience can also apply for MTech. Aspirants must also have PERA CET or GATE scores for admission.

MIT School of Computing admissions are open. Candidates can fill out the application form online for the preferred course. Admission at MIT School of Computing is entrance-based. Candidates must pass any of the accepted entrance exams for a seat in the preferred course.

MIT School of Computing offers admission to UG and PG courses based on entrance exam scores. The school accepts PERA CET or GATE scores for M.Tech and MSc programmes. Admission to BTech is based on scores in JEE Main, MHT CET, Uni-Gauge or any other state-level CET. Hence, direct admission is not possible.

MIT School of Computing has not released the placement details for the CSE batch 2025. Earlier, the institute has recorded 90.5% placements for its CSE and IT batch passed out in 2024. A total of 465 students registered of which 419 were placed in reputed companies. The participating recruiters presented 208 internship offers to the students of the CSE and IT batch 2024.
