School of Design Courses

Dr. D.Y. Patil School of Design offers four years long BSc (Hons) course in three specialisations. The UG course is offered in fashion design, interior design, graphics, animation, and VFX design. These programmes are offered in a full-time mode of study. Aspirants who are Class 12 pass with 45% aggregate (40% for reserved categories) are eligible to apply for admission.

The total tuition fees for UG courses at Gurukul School of Design is INR 21.6 LPA. 

This fees is only the tuition fees for 4 years. All other fees like Hostel fees, Mess fees, Examination fees, Alumni fees, Admission fees have to be paid in addition to the total fees.

There is only one course offered at Gurukul School of Design which is Bachelor of Design but there are various branches that are offered in this course like textile, fashion, visual communication and lifestyle product design. NMIMS School of Design only offers B.Des Program in the discipline of Humanizing Technology. Admission to the institute is offered through merit score in the entrance exam  NMIMS DAT (Design Aptitude Test). The total fees for this course is 17.8 lakh. Its minimum eligibility is 50 percent in 10+2. Along with it UCCED exam is considered.
