Apeejay Stya University has attained recognition in the realm of legal education. BA LLB (Hons): The integrated total fees for both programs of the duration of five years amounts to somewhere around Rs. 14,14,000 for both the BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) programs.

Apeejay Stya University has not offered direct admission to the BA LLB programme at the School of Legal Studies solely on the basis of merit for any entrance tests.
Eligible candidates are those who qualify for the requirements, which include passing the 10+2 examinations with the said marks, and then subject themselves to a university entrance test and an interview.

At the School of Legal Studies in Apeejay Stya University, one has an enriching experience in pursuing an LLB course in the country-it is for those who wish to see themselves in a private university offering modern facilities along with practical-oriented legal education.

The CUET (Common University Entrance Test) is not required for aspirants who want to enroll at the School of Legal Studies at Apeejay Stya University with LLB programs.
As such, the university conducts its entrance exam for all LLB courses, which includes BA LLB and BBA LLB courses. The admissions process also involves a written test and a personal interview.
It should be noted that eligibility criteria have to be satisfied: for the LLB course, one has to have attained a graduation degree, while 10+2 has been prescribed for entry into integrated BA LLB or BBA LLB courses.
