The placement rate has not been released. However, the total strength and the number of students placed in UG and PG Law courses has been disclosed. Check the table below to know the number of students placed from School of Legal Studies, CMR University placements 2022 to 2024:

Out of 48 LLB students 41 were placed during the placements 2024. The BA LLB/ BBA LLB batch 2024 comprised 82 students, out of which 80 students were placed. Furthermore, 26 out of 27 LLM students were placed during School of Legal Studies, CMR University placements 2024.

The placement data has not been released by the School. However, the NIRF report 2025 incorporates the 2024 placement stats. As per the report, the highest median package offered during School of Legal Studies, CMR University placements 2024 was INR 5.50 LPA and was offered to BA LLB/ BBA LLB students. For LLB and LLM courses, the median package stood at INR 5.20 LPA and INR 5 LPA, respectively. In addition, 41 LLB, 80 BA LLB/ BBA LLB and 26 LLM students were placed during placements 2024.

At CMR University, around 95% of students are placed and we are given a salary up to Rs. 75000 or even more at times. We have been given different positions. And mostly 90% get placed approximately. College is the best and sometimes provides great opportunities. Placements: About 80-85% of students are placed.

In comparison, the highest salary offered by PES University Bangalore in the year 2023 is INR 65 LPA. In the year 2023, the students received an average package of more than INR 15 LPA and the average placement percentage was 90% for all its courses.

The University has its own training and placement cell which helps the student polish their soft skills and prepare for the interviews. 

LLM placement at school of legal studies CMR University provides huge opportunities to many students. Some of the top recruiters include the law firms like Khaitan and Company, Trilegal and AZB and Partner corporates like Infosys, Wipro and IBM. Many government organisation also provide big placement, Karnataka state legal authority is one of them. The average salary package ranges from 6 to 8 LPA whereas some students receives many higher packages as well based on their skills and knowledge.
