I think that chances for such an entry are not many , as they can not justify their outsourcing. It is better for you to plan your further education in the USA.

If your budget allows look at overseas for your B.Tech studies. You may have to consider a budget of a minimum of Rs.30 Lakhs for the same. Else, consider India for B.Tech and then go abroad for MS programs! Hope this helps!
