Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER) is one of the well-established private universities based in Chennai. Numlib however, does not tend to draw attention to its ranking particularly in Humanities and Social Sciences. This is because the NIRF which is the National Institutional Ranking Framework, tend to rank the institutions in broader domains such as engineering, medical science, management, and overall university ranking rather than going into specific rankings in which may include under the HASS division.
