Dear Vishal! Your class 10th CGPA Matters when you will choose the stream in class 11th. Rest it's all depends on your class 12th marks for B.Tech admission. International students studying in Canada can work part time during studies. During semester breaks and vacations, one can also work full time. It is a very good way to earn some extra pocket money and also gain some experience. The universities also offer various part time job within the campus, you should look for such jobs specially teaching assistantship for making a strong profile and also gaining some good experience in your field. You can contact the universities regarding these points while you are applying.

Hi Raghavendra, I assume you are asking about GRE. Well, firstly 65% marks is somewhat low for applying to German universities, but you can give a shot ATIT. GRE is not required, so I don't see how GRE will help you. Instead, you can attempt GATE which is accepted. Since your percentile is not very competitive, you must work harder towards obtaining a very good internship position and do some quality projects. You should also try to publish some materials on journals etc. Related to your field. I will also suggest you take IELTS instead of TOEFL and take the TestDaf for German language proficiency.

If you are of CBSE board, then on the mark-sheet, the CGPA is given which can be converted in the percentage by multiplying it by 9.5. On the back side of the mark-sheet, the rule has been given for better understanding!
