I suggest you to go with VIT-Chennai ECE, as it's the top private institute if you can afford the fee. Else, my second choice is to go with SSN than other colleges.

Shivalik College is a good college for doing B.Sc in agriculture. It provides good placements to students. This college provide good facilities to students as well as the environment is too good.

By taking admission in this college you can get only pool campus. Nowadays, JBIT-Dehradun and Tula's Institute are the best colleges as they have low fee structure as compared to the other colleges.
The best colleges for CSE are Graphic era and DIT, Dehradun but they may have a high fee structure.
