Shri Vishwakarma Skill University's BTech course admission is entrance-based. The eligibility criteria for SVSU BTech course requires the candidate to have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Furthermore, they should have taken Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, as well as Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or a Technical Vocational subject. A minimum aggregate of 45-50% in the aforementioned subjects. The university shortlists students based on their JEE Main score.

No, Shri Vishwakarma Skill University does not accept direct admission for its BTech programme. To be eligible for the course, candidates must pass Class 12 in the Science stream from a recognised board. Additionally, students also need to appear and clear the accepted entrance exam. The university considers score obtained in the JEE Main exam. Students need to participate in the HSTES counselling for the SVSU BTeach seat allotment.
