I got 6.8 CGPA in 10th, 84% in 12th, 75% in BBA with 1st rank and 99 above in CMAT. Can I get admission in SIMSREE?

SIMSREE cut offs - 99.62 Percentile (CET) and 99.96 Percentile (All India).
Tuition Fees - ?67k annually and one-time 2k refundable library deposit.

CMAT/CAT comes under All India Quota. Cut-offs for the year 2017 for all India quota were 99.96 percentile. No separate caste based reservation is available for all India seats.

It fluctuates somewhere between 22-24.

The admission process is as per DTE rules. Thus for 2018 admissions the entrance exams that will be accepted are CET, CMAT, and CAT.

No, from academic year 2018-19, MAT score is invalid for admission in SIMSREE. Only CAT/CMAT scores are valid for all India quota as per recent DTE circular for upcoming academic year. Moreover, All India quota does not have any sort of reservation.

The cut-offs for All India Quota (CMAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA, etc ) for the 2017-19 batch were around 99.96 percentile.
While CET cut-offs were 99.62 percentile. So, unfortunately, at 98.4 percentile, you won't be able to get admission in SIMSREE. Wish you all the best for various entrance exams.

MHCET cut offs ranges between 180-220 State Merit Rank, while CMAT cut off was 99.96 Percentile (2017).

It is not about the marks or percentile. It is all about the rank. Scores depend upon difficulty level while percentile depends upon the number of candidates you are competing with. You need to be in top 190-220 rank in CET State Merit List to get into Sydenham.
