Sorry, you cannot pursue MBA from Sinhgad institute or any of the colleges affiliated to Pune University as the minimum percentage required in graduation to pursue Masters or post graduation is 50%. Your score in the entrance exam is also less to apply to any other deemed universities. I suggest you give the class improvement in your graduation and appear in entrance exam once again. Give ATMA as it is accepted by Sinhgad institute and it is much easier than MH-CET. Keep hopes and try hard in your next attempt.
Good luck.

Yes, you can get admission into any Sinhgad Institute of your choice via DTE's CAP round. Make sure that your non-creamy layer certificate is valid and not expired. Following are the suggestions for you, NBN SSOMS, SKN Sinhgad, Sinhgad Erandwane. You might have to wait for 2nd list though. Keep your fingers crossed.

Sinhgad institute is obviously one of the good colleges; on the basis of their teaching, available facilities and infrastructure. One of the attraction center at Sinhgad is its campus placement. On an average 300-400 companies visit every year Sinhgad Institutes at Campus Placement. Obviously the institutes provides 100% assistance and support to the students for getting placed. But the "placement percentage" is never "100%" like any other college because many students have their own different purposes for pursuing their MBA other than getting placed like family business, marriage, for promotion at their current company etc.

The fee for MBA in Sinhgad institutes vary from college to college, as there are 13 MBA colleges of Sinhgad
but on an average the fees varies between Rs 30,000 to 50,000.
As you are an aspirant from caste quota, getting admission through DTE is mandatory.
Firstly, appear for entrance exam i.e, CET , CAT , ATMA or XAT.
Secondly get your admission through CAP round into any of the Sinhgad institutes.
The cutoff is comparatively low but do not take the risk and prepare yourself well for the entrance exam
NOTE:- Make sure your caste certificate, non creamy layer certificate is valid for all the government benefits
Good luck.
