As you have scored 167/200 in NATA 2019 and you belongs to general category, so you are eligible to take admission in JJ College for B.Arch. As your score is good, you will easily get a seat. Just participate in the counselling.

Hi, it would be very difficult even with OBC category quota for a non maharashtrian with 138/200 marks in NATA exams 2019 and 70.4% in your 12th to secure admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture.

I don't know about JJ College. But, there are very less chances that you might get admission in VIT.

Hi Simran,
As you have scored 70 percent in class 12th and 83 marks in NATA, so you are eligible to take admission in Sir JJ College of architecture, Mumbai. But getting a seat will be difficult with this score. So, I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process and wait till the last round of the counselling process.

Bachelor of Architecture:
Eligibility: The duration of the course is 5 years and to get admission into Bachelor of Architecture the student must be fulfilled the following conditions: 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks along with the compulsory subject of mathematics.

As you have scored 86 marks in NATA and you are confident in your board exams, so you are eligible to take admission in Sir JJ College. Don't worry about that. Just participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process.
