Many extracurricular activities are offered at the Sitapur Shiksha Sansthan Group of Institutions, such as different sports clubs like cricket and volleyball, dance and music in cultural clubs, as well as technical clubs for coding and robotics.
The annual fest, tech symposia, and NSS activities all offer the campus a dynamic atmosphere and great student interaction. While they encourage cooperation and creativity, the variety is somewhat limited vis-à-vis a bigger institute, giving a great balance between personal development and academics.

The most sought-after course by students at Sitapur Shiksha Sansthan is B.E./B.Tech due to the AKTU affiliation and AICTE approval, offering specializations in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering. This proved an affordable choice for students with very basic infrastructure and fairly decent regional availability.
Though placements in the institution are average, emphasis on technical skills and the connection with industries around renders it a viable option for engineering aspirants in UP.

The Sitapur Shiksha Sansthan Group of Institutions is an average educational institution with mixed reviews from students. Affiliated to AKTU and AICTE, it offers B.Tech courses with the limited basic infrastructure and faculty. The placement is limited, with about a 30%-40% placement rate in local firms.
The institute stands for the student with a limited budget but has neither the reputation nor the faculty of a top-ranked engineering college and hence scores a simple 3.0.
