No, you won't get any branch in RVR and JC in the first counselling, because of good reputation of the college top rankers will choose this college as their priority, so you may not be able to get admission. All the best.

Not every student gets a seat in JoSAA counselling. You will get a seat on merit basis only. Those who have scored good in the entrance, can expect a seat. But those who are having less rank go for private colleges and take admission.
