It could be quite difficult but there is a slight chance to get your desired college. You should definitely attempt the second counselling.

SMEAT Counselling JNTUA College of Engineering, Ananthapuramu
I got 3073 rank in AP EAMCET 2018. I did not get a seat in JNTUA. Can I have a chance to get a seat in CSE or ECE in second counselling?

Hello Guru, dynamics of seat allotments is unfathomable for second and subsequent rounds. It all basically depends on how students view a particular college and branch. Hence I would advise you to not loose hope and hope for the best.
