St Xavier's University Kolkata providing admission to MBA specialisation must need to score a percentile of 85 for the General AI category candidates. Further, if a candidate is applying with a OBC category, then he/she must need to score a similar percentile which is 85 to get into the university.

St Xavier's University Kolkata allow All India category candidates to get admission to MBA course. Based on St Xavier's University cutoff 2024, the admission were conducted via CMAT exam. To get into the university, students must need to score a percentile of 85 which had remained constant over the years. Moreover, it remained same for OBC AI category candidates too.

The college conducts placement drives every year. However, more than 500 students were placed form various department such as Economics (Hons), Mathematics (Hons), BCom, MCom etc. through on campus and off campus placement drive. Earlier, as per the placement brochure 2022, more than 650 students were placed. Many top recruiters visited the campus such as PwC, Accenture, ICICI Bank, Shiksha.com among others.

As per St. Xavier's University overall placement statistics for 2023, the the highest salary offered during the 2023 placements stood at INR 20 LPA. Other than this, the average package offered to the top 50% of the students was INR 9.40 LPA. St Xaviers University LLM admission process starts with submission of application process Interested students are required to apply online on the official website of the university. The fee to apply is INR 1,000.
Once the application portal is closed, all registered students must appear for the university admission test. Based on students marks in the test, the university constitutes a rank list based on. Based on this list, students are offered admissions to the LLM pogramme. These students must report and complete the document verification process and payment of fees. Successful fee payment completes the admission process.
