Hello Nishar Ahmed, this STAREX University in Gurugram, Haryana has come out with "Corporate Resource Centre". This centre interacts with different companies or recruiters who then come to the campus for placements and recruiting. This centre also trains it's students in whatever skills the recruiters demand in the students over and above their qualification which they have obtained after studies. The university claims to have achieved placements to the level of 60% to 80% depending from course. It is understood that the maximum package that was offered to the students in some of the previous years was about rupees 14 Lacs per annum. But then with the increase and the vibrancy of Indian economy this is definitely going to increase in the years that are to come. Varieties of company in different fields of activity visit the campus for placements like Paras healthcare, Jaypee hotels limited, Axis Bank, Capgemini, UltraTech cement etc.

For every MBA aspirant, Common Admission Test (CAT) is the goal. However, apart from CAT some of the other management entrance examinations which the candidate should give are XAT, MAT, CMAT, SNAP, ATMA, TS ICET, Andhra Pradesh ICET etc.The minimum marks to be attained should be at least 50 percent (for candidates belonging to the general category) and 45 percent (for candidates belonging to the SC / ST category). Citizenship: Candidates wishing to apply for the MBA programme must be a citizen of India.Graduation with 50% score, from a recognised university. It offers varities of undergraduate, post graduate courses and also facilities for doctoral research. Spread over four campuses, it boasts of more than 40 global partners. As a result, students can explore summer school in different countries. 

    During placements season of 2023, the highest and average packages that were offered to its students were of Rs. 20LPA and Rs. 8.60LPA. With more than 400 companies visiting the campus, almost 90% and 60% students respectively of UG and PG streams were placed. Definitely quite a phenomenal achievement.

      On the other hand at Starex, established in year 2016, the highest and the lowest packages in different streams of studies were Rs.10LPA to Rs.5LPA and Rs.4LPA to Rs.3LPA respectively.

     In view of the foregoing, one can definitely say that better packages were offered to students of IILM as compared to those at STAREX.
