Both BCom Honours and Economics Hons in DU offer good placements, with BCom possibly edging out slightly:

Most beneficial subject to focus on for a PharmD program is Pharmaceutical Sciences this subject is major one of PharmD programs and has a variety of important elements that fall under umbrella of Pharmaceutical Sciences including pharmacology, medicinal chemistry and also pharmacokinetics. A solid understanding of Pharmaceutical Sciences will give students foundation they need to learn about mechanisms of drug action, interactions and therapeutic effects of medicines.

From first to second year and from second to third year, you may carry over two ATKTs in each semester. However, cross KTs are not allowed. This means that you cannot enroll in third year while holding a KT in first and second years.
